Delivery Information
Gekko Art is a small business run entirely by Sandi with only occasional help during the busier seasons, therefore the timescales set out below are approximate. Please contact Sandi if you need items in a hurry and we will try to accommodate.
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days after the order has been placed. Items up to 5kg are sent by standard Royal Mail services.
Orders over 5Kg are sent by courier so please allow 4-5 working days from date of order.
China goods - All mugs and jugs are printed to order in our workshop, please allow extra time for this during busy periods.
Prints - All prints whether mounted/ framed/unframed are made to order so please allow 5-7 working days from order.
Original Watercolours - these are all sent by a tracked and insured service with a signature required due to the value, please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
International orders - These orders are priced by weight and are limited to 2kg with Royal Mail Services. Orders over 2kg will be sent via courier and can be quoted for, please contact Sandi for this.

Please ensure someone is home to accept your delivery. We will not be held responsible for loss or missing items that have been marked as delivered by the courier.
Deliveries will be made by the Courier to the address entered in your order.
If we are not able to deliver your goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.
We may deliver the goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery.
Goods returned
Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have a right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply:
You must tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of your receipt of the Goods;
In any event, you may not cancel orders for food or other perishable Goods, nor for handmade, specially commissioned or personalised goods;
The Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of your telling us you wish to cancel:
- with both goods and all packaging in their original condition;
- securely wrapped;
- at your risk and cost.
After we have received the Goods, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned no later than 30 days from the date of receipt;
If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.
